Southey Brewing Co. Brew Day Ballot

The Southey Brewing Co Brew Day Ballot offers a free, hands-on brewing experience on Wednesday, 12th March 2025, from 9:30AM to 4:00 PM Open to individuals aged 18+, up to five successful applicants will learn everything from recipe creation to label design, with no prior experience needed.

Entries close Monday, 24th February 2025, and winners will be notified within four days. Don’t miss this unique chance to explore the world of craft brewing!

By entering the Southey Brewing Co. Brew Day Ballot, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Eligibility

  • The ballot is open to individuals aged 18 years or older as of the entry date.  
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.  
  • The ballot is aimed at individuals only and is not open to groups, organisations, or businesses.  

2. Ballot Details

  • The Brew Day will take place on Wednesday, 12th March 2025, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Southey Brewing Co. 
  • Entrants must ensure they are available for the entirety of the specified date and time.

3. Entry Period

  • The ballot will open for entries and close at 11:59 PM on Monday, 24th February 2025.  
  • No entries will be accepted after the closing date under any circumstances.  

4. Selection Process

  • Up to five individuals will be selected from the ballot entries.  
  • Successful applicants will be chosen from the ballot questions answered - so make sure yours stands out! 
  • Selected participants will be notified via email and/or phone within four (4) days of the ballot closing date. 

5. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Southey Brewing Co. staff during the Brew Day.  
  • Participants must not have any medical or physical conditions that would prevent safe participation in brewing activities.  
  • By participating, entrants consent to having their photos and videos taken during the day for promotional purposes.  

6. General Conditions

  • Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided on the ballot are accurate and up to date.  
  • In the event a selected participant cannot be contacted or is unable to attend, Southey Brewing Co. reserves the right to reallocate the spot to another entrant.  

7. Cancellation

  • Southey Brewing Co. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the Brew Day in the event of unforeseen circumstances.  
  • In the case of cancellation, Southey Brewing Co. will notify participants as soon as possible but will not be held liable for any associated costs.  

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected through the ballot will be used solely for the purposes of administering the ballot and the Brew Day event.  
  • Data will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without consent.  

9. Liability

  • Participants agree to attend and take part in the Brew Day at their own risk.  
  • Southey Brewing Co. will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.
