This is a very special product; We’ve found a way to transform leftover ale into a new creation, a gin that retains some of the characteristics of its former self.

With a delicate touch, just the right botanicals are introduced to enhance its flavour. Only juniper, coriander seed, orris root and angelica root is added. Any additional flavour of citrus and hop bitterness is from the distilled beer it's made from.

Each batch is as unique as the beer it came from, which makes this project an exciting venture.

It's gin, but not as you know it. Crafted from our repurposed ale, it's a taste of our commitment to sustainability, served straight up.

Serving suggestion; this is worth trying neat with ice. Or incredible in cocktails such as a Hop Collins or Negroni. Or with a premium tonic. Experiment and have fun (responsibly!)
